This girl's video tutorial is much more comprehensible than my lime green mess, but personally I think her choice in ADORABLE SCRAPBOOK PAPER leaves something to be desired. [link]
So I learned how to bind books like this a couple years ago and figured I'd make a tutorial because a) I have friends who wanted to learn, b) it's kind of a handy skill and c) I'm nursing a minor addiction to DIY tumblrs .u. Also SAVE THE TREES!
I've salvaged about 500 sheets of single-sided paper from my schoolnotes that I'm going to repurpose into Christmas gifts for my fronds : D (
also I'm freaking broke
As for that last notebook I included a few photos of, I got the idea to use all manner of scrap paper from a girl selling books like these at a farmer's market. Thing is, hers were $50 apiece despite being literally made of garbage, and I was able to gather the materials for my own in a matter of minutes (I wouldn't call myself a hoarder but I do tend to hang onto things with the slightest hope of being useful, lol, so even slightly-used paper is plentiful in my supply cache). Also my cover SPARKLES.
SO YEAH GUYS THAT'S MY OTHER HOBBY, HAVE A WONDERFUL MONDAY ERRVRYONE
